A Two-Month Sprint, 800+ Hours, and a One-of-One Interior the World Has Never Seen

There are builds… and then there are the builds that push you beyond your limits, sharpen your craft, and remind you why you fell in love with custom automotive interiors in the first place. Mitchell Robinson’s 2025 SEMA truck was exactly that kind of project — a wild, ambitious, full-throttle creation that demanded everything from us and gave back even more.

This truck didn’t just show up at SEMA.
It arrived in the TIS Wheels booth, glowing in a sea of chrome and lights, wrapped in a bright orange interior that stopped people in their tracks.

This build was featured on SportsCenter, ESPN, and Yahoo Auto.

A Color That Didn’t Exist — Until We Made It Happen

To make this truck truly one-of-one, Mitchell wanted something the world had never seen before. That meant going straight to the best in the game: Hydes Leather. Together, we developed a completely custom bright orange leather — a color that exists nowhere else on the planet.

This wasn’t a swatch pulled from a book.
This was a color born from vision, fine-tuned to perfection, and brought to life exclusively for this build.

Every seat, every panel, every hand-stitched line carries that rare DNA.

Built Under Pressure — And Built With Precision

A masterpiece like this doesn’t come easy. We had two months to transform this entire interior, and in that time we logged over 800 hours — days, nights, and nonstop work to make sure every detail flowed seamlessly from one piece to the next.

But we weren’t alone.

This project was a true collaboration with some of the most skilled hands in the industry:

Varnbilt Motorsports — the builder behind the truck’s vision and execution.
Chris from Seamline Automotive — flying in from Liverpool and grinding side-by-side to bring this interior to life.
Hydes Leather — creating the world’s first version of this color.
Brady from KillaaCarbon — crafting all custom carbon fiber components.
Next Level Mats — providing custom floor mats perfectly matched to the build.

We loaded this truck up with all the bells & whistles including custom seatbelts, UV-reactive elements, Alcantara-wrapped speaker grilles, specialty inserts, and a starlight headliner with a laser-etched sliding panel featuring Mitch’s logo.

This truck wasn’t just “built.”
It was engineered, sculpted, sweated over, and obsessed about.

A UV-Reactive, One-of-One Interior

One of the wildest features of this build is something you don’t even see at first glance — the UV-reactive interior. Under black light, the leather and stitching take on a whole new personality, glowing with detail and depth that photos don’t fully capture.

From the custom-wrapped speaker grilles to the seat patterns to the starlight headliner with the lasered logo — everything was tailored specifically for this truck, this moment, this unveiling.

SEMA is where boundaries get pushed.
This interior was built with that in mind.
